Giveaway rules

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. You release Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) of all responsibility for this promotion. You give your details to NogPets, not to Meta.

You must be 18 or older and live in South Africa. The prize is a groom at your door, so you must have a dog and an address in the Stellenbosch suburbs we cover (see https://nogpets.com/areas).

NogPets staff, crew, directors and their households may not enter, and nor may anyone who helps run the giveaway.

Fill in the form at https://nogpets.com/win with your name, mobile number and suburb, and agree that we may keep these details for the giveaway.

Entry is free. You don't have to buy anything or book anything. Sharing, liking or tagging friends on social media is not a way to enter and adds nothing.

One entry per mobile number. Entering again with the same number does not add entries. Entries made with false details, or by software, are void.

Entries open on 19 October 2026 and close at 23:59 on 14 January 2027.

There are three draws: on 13 November 2026, 11 December 2026 and 15 January 2027. Each draw is from every valid entry made before it that has not won yet. So an early entry has a chance in every draw.

Main prize: one free groom a month for 3 months. There are three main winners, one per draw. Each main winner gets one free groom (a full groom for one dog, any size) in the month of their draw.

Runner-up prizes: 5 free nail clips for one dog, done at your door. Two in the first draw, two in the second and one in the third.

A prize is booked at a time that suits you and us, within 60 days of the draw. Prizes can't be swapped for cash, moved to another person or put towards something else. We may replace a prize with one of the same or higher value if we can't provide it.

Winners are picked at random by a computer. For each draw we list every valid entry, create a random seed, and use it to pick the winners. We keep the seed, the number of entries and the result, so the draw can be checked later.

The first names picked are the main winner and the runner-ups for that draw. Anyone who has won once can't win again. The result of the draw is final.

Each draw is overseen by an independent person, [independent accountant/attorney name], as the Consumer Protection Act regulations require.

We tell winners within 7 days of the draw, on WhatsApp or by phone, at the number they entered with. We never ask a winner to pay anything or to give bank or card details to claim a prize.

A winner has 14 days to reply. If we can't reach a winner, or they don't reply in time, or they are not eligible, we draw another winner the same way.

With the winner's permission, we may share their first name and suburb. Nothing more.

We use your name, mobile number, suburb and your dog's name and breed (if you give them) to run the giveaway: to draw, contact winners and book prizes. The Consumer Protection Act regulations say we must keep the record of each draw, with the details of the entries in it, for 3 years. We keep those for 3 years and then delete them.

Marketing is separate: if you ask us to, or reply STOP, we stop sending you offers and delete what we don't need for the draw record.

We send you offers or news only if you tick the separate box that says so. You can stop them any time: reply STOP on WhatsApp, or email privacy@nogpets.com.

We may end or change the giveaway if something outside our control makes it impossible to run fairly, and will say so on this page. Changes never take away a prize already won.

We are not responsible for entries that don't reach us because of a network or phone problem.
