Shampoo for their coat, a good rinse, then a towel.

Dry and trim
Blow-dried and brushed out, then trimmed the way you asked.

The finishing touches
Nails, and ears, teeth or a de-shed if they need it.

Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to hand your dog over and take them back. It takes a minute each way.
Do you need water or power from me?
No. The van has what it needs on board.
How long does it take?
Most grooms take between one and two hours, depending on size and coat. We tell you when we book.
My dog is nervous. Is that okay?
Tell us when you book. We go slowly, and we stop if it is too much for them.
