Delete your account
You can delete your NogPets account and its data at any time.
In the app
- 1 Open the NogPets app and sign in.
- 2 Go to your profile.
- 3 Tap Delete account and confirm.
Or by email
Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by reply when it is done.

What we delete
- Your profile: name, email, phone and photo.
- Your pets, their photos and notes.
- Your saved addresses, gate codes and access notes.
- Upcoming bookings (cancelled, and refunded if paid by card).
What we keep, and why
- Records of past bookings and payments, which the law says we must keep for tax (usually five years). They are kept apart and used for nothing else.
- Reviews you wrote stay, without your name.
How long it takes
We delete your data within 30 days of your request. Backups roll off within a further 30 days.
